Start a business (and fail) in my case. I never had the opportunity to share with anyone about the business that me and two friends created a while back while I was in Korea. I started a company that created handmade leather shoes called At Heart. We worked with a manufacturer in Seongsu-dong, who specialized in manufacturing the leather pieces needed for our shoes. One of our members designed the shoe, another member specialized in web design, and another member worked with the logistics of the company. We got to creating our first line of leather sneakers, when things just didn’t work out between us and our opinions on finances. Although I don’t regret leaving the company behind me, I do wish I could have another chance at creating something out of nothing. There is definitely merit in that. I couldn’t find the other photos of our shoes, we had blue, brown, white and pink, too. But I did find our burgundy and black sneaker photos! I still own the burgundy one and cherish it as my only evidence of the business I once started in my mid 20s!
