16. Try a new sport

I am not too sporty or good at sports or enjoy straining physical activities. I’ve never done yoga or pilates like many other girls my age. I tried Soul Cycle (indoor cycling) once and was determined to never go again. Nonetheless, I attempted new sports here and there. I took up kickboxing for half a year in Korea and ended up eating more after gym sessions, not having reached any goal but ending up with an unnecessary excessive amount of kickboxing gear. I also went to Beijing for a month to learn golf from my old elementary school friend golfer. I did not buy any gear this time and borrowed everything, but unfortunately I didn’t even master the swing…better luck with sports maybe in the future.
